Spinach Lasagne

Out of all of the things I like to do in my free time, I’d have to say cooking or baking new

My attempt at individual spinach lasagne rolls! They were surprisingly easy to make, and I like that the portion is pre-determined.

recipes is one of my favourite things to do!  Last night, I decided to find a braces-friendly recipe that could use up my container of spinach.

I really like spinach, but with Incognito Braces, you need to make sure the spinach is chopped well (other wise, it sneaks into amazingly discreet hiding places).

I stumbled upon this recipe which combines my love for miniature foods and my need to finish up my spinach.  So far, it looks fabulous!  It was really easy to make.  I’m looking forward to seeing how it tastes tonight with soft, homemade garlic bread and Caesar salad!

*Update* The spinach lasagne turned out very well!  The only thing I’m going to do differently is try a more flavourful tomato sauce next time (it was a bit bland for my tastes).  My guests liked it, though!!

About Jacqui

I'm the marketer at 3M Canada for Incognito Hidden Braces, and I'm trying to get to know my product better by actually wearing them. I had braces as a kid, but my teeth moved over the years. I'm sharing my progress and experiences honestly to help others decide if Hidden Braces are a good choice for them, too.
